How to order flowers online in Sarajevo: a complete guide

Ordering flowers online should be as simple as giving them. In this guide, we have explained the entire process, from choosing a bouquet to the moment the flowers arrive at the address.

1. Choose a bouquet

In our online shop, you will find bouquets, flower boxes, baskets, and plants. You can filter products by price and availability, and you can see photos and a description for each product on the page. If you are looking for something specific, use the search function.

2. Select a delivery date

On the product page, you select the delivery date. Orders received by 12:00 PM are delivered on the same day, and those received after 12:00 PM the following day. You can also schedule delivery in advance, which is ideal for birthdays and anniversaries you don't want to miss.

3. Add a greeting card

Along with the bouquet, you can choose a small or large greeting card and write a personal message. We write the message and attach it to the flowers, so the recipient knows immediately who the gift is from.

4. Review your cart

After adding a product, a cart opens on the side of the screen where you can see the bouquet, selected date, and greeting card. Here you can still change the quantity or remove an item.

5. Complete your purchase

In the final step, you enter the delivery address and recipient details and choose a payment method. You will pay securely, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Tips for worry-free delivery

• Enter the recipient's correct address and phone number so that the delivery goes smoothly without waiting.
• If you want to surprise someone at work, specify the company name and floor.
• For same-day delivery, order before noon.
